Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (max 2 pets per unit), up to 60 lbs each. Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet, with a refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet. Some small pets (hamsters, birds, reptiles, turtles, ferrets, fish—tropical fish limited to 20‑gallon tank) are also allowed; pet rent applies to all types of pets.
